Who can apply for a BuyRIGHT prepaid card?
In compliance with the U.S. Patriot Act and other laws, you must be a U.S. resident over 18 with a valid social security number or Government Issued ID and a verifiable address to open an account and order a card. Currently we do not issue cards to residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa or other U.S. territories.

How much does it cost to set up an account?
There is a $29.95 acceptance fee to receive a BuyRIGHT prepaid card. An initial minimum load of $20 must be added to the card at the time the card is applied for.

Can I apply using a business name?
No. You must apply using your personal information. We authenticate the identity of all applicants based on the information provided during the application process before a BuyRIGHT prepaid card can be shipped.

How long will it take to get my BuyRIGHT prepaid card?
The delivery time depends on the delivery service and payment method you choose. Regular mail shipments will arrive 7-10 days from the date that we receive your activation fee. Express mail shipments cost $15 and will arrive 3-5 business days from the date that we receive your activation fee.

Please note that activation fee payments made by e-check, cashier's check or non-U.S. Postal Service money order will take longer, as funds are held 5-10 business days before being credited to your account. All other payment methods (direct deposit, credit card, debit card or U.S. Postal Service money order) are credited to your account as soon as we receive them.

Which bank issues the BuyRIGHT prepaid card?
MetaBank, headquartered in Sioux Falls South Dakota, issues the BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard® Card and BuyRIGHT Maestro® Card. However, cardholder accounts are managed by One Global Finance and individual cardholders do not have a personal bank account with First MetaBank.

What are BuyRIGHT Points?
BuyRIGHT Points are your reward for using your BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard®? Card for everyday spending. You can use your BuyRIGHT Points towards the purchase of wireless airtime, internet, long distance, ring tones and music downloads.

How do I earn BuyRIGHT Points?
Every time you use your BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard® Card to make a purchase, you earn 1 BuyRIGHT Point for every $1 spent. You can check your BuyRIGHT Points total by going to www.MyBuyRIGHT.com and logging in to your BuyRIGHT prepaid card.

What do I get for my BuyRIGHT Points?
You can use your BuyRIGHT Points towards the purchase of prepaid wireless airtime with Verizon®, TracFone®, Cingular® and AT&T®. We are currently working out agreements for the purchase of prepaid internet, long distance calling cards, ring tones and music downloads and will be adding these to the BuyRIGHT Points program soon.

Do I earn BuyRIGHT Points for using my BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard® Card at an ATM or through Click-n-Pay?™?
No. You can only earn BuyRIGHT Points for purchases made with MasterCard® merchants.

Is there a limit to the number of BuyRIGHT Points I can earn?
No. The number of BuyRIGHT Points you can earn is entirely up to you.

Will my BuyRIGHT Points expire?
No. The BuyRIGHT Points you earn by using your BuyRIGHT card will stay in your account until you redeem them.

What is Click-n-Pay™?
Click-n-Pay, BuyRIGHT's automated bill payment service, saves you time and money when paying your bills. With Click-n-Pay™, you can send a one-time or recurring electronic payment to over 4,000 billers listed in our database or a paper check to any biller not listed in our database. Since the bill amount is immediately deducted from your available balance, you will never incur a bounced check fee.

How do I use Click-n-Pay™?
You can access Click-n-Pay™ to set up billers, send payments and view your transaction history via your account online or over the phone using our toll-free account information line.

Which bills can I pay using Click-n-Pay™?
Unlike most electronic bill pay programs, you can pay any and every bill using Click-n-Pay™. If your biller is not listed in our biller database, we will send them a paper check on your behalf.

How much does it cost to use Click-n-Pay™?
Click-n-Pay™ service is available for only $1.00 per electronic payment and $1.00 per paper check.

Adding cash is quick and convenient. You can add cash through:

• Payroll Direct: Have pay, dividends, disability and government checks (i.e. Social Security, Medicare, Welfare, etc.) added directly to your BuyRIGHT prepaid card, FREE. Your payment is credited to your account the same business day.
  
  
• Western Union®: Add cash to your BuyRIGHT prepaid card at thousands of Western Union locations across the coutnry for a fee of $3.95. Your payment is credited to your account within 30 minutes.
  
  
• In-Person Payments™: Add cash to your BuyRIGHT prepaid card at over 3,000 IPP retail locations for a fee of $4.95. Your payment is credited to your account within 30 minutes.
  
  
• Bank wire transfer: Send a Federal Reserve Wire Transfer from any bank or financial institution for a $9.95 fee. Your payment is credited to your account the same business day it is received.
  

Can I transfer funds from my BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard® Card account to a bank account?
Yes. You can transfer funds from your BuyRIGHT prepaid card to any authorized U.S. bank account for a $1.50 fee by logging in to your BuyRIGHT prepaid card account online and selecting "Money Transfer".

How do I view my account activity?
You can view all card transactions by logging in to your BuyRIGHT prepaid card account at www.myBuyRIGHT.com and selecting "Account Details". The Account Details screen shows transaction history, spending summary and available balance.

Do I need to keep a minimum balance on my BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard® Card?
In order to issue your BuyRIGHT prepaid card, you must initially load your card with a minimum of $20. Once the initial load has been added, your BuyRIGHT prepaid card does not have a minimum balance, but it is a good idea to keep a small amount of money on your card to cover monthly maintenance fees if you sign up for the monthly maintenance fee option.

What happens if I return something I purchased with my BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard® Card?
When you return something purchased with your BuyRIGHT prepaid card, the merchant will credit the amount of the return to your card. Because returns are handled via the merchant's bank, credits may take 2-3 business days to appear in your BuyRIGHT prepaid card account.

What happens if my BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard® Card is lost or stolen?
Immediately call the BuyRIGHT prepaid card toll-free account information line at 1-800-851-7990 if your BuyRIGHT prepaid card has been lost or stolen. By entering your account information, selecting, "Card Status and Security" and then selecting either "Lost" or "Stolen", you can deactivate your card to prevent unauthorized use.

If your BuyRIGHT prepaid card has been lost or stolen, a replacement card will automatically be issued for a $15 fee as long as you have at least $20 available account balance.

When are your customer service representatives available?
BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard® Card customer service representatives are available by calling 1-801-383-1018 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. You can also access your card balance or transaction history, report your card lost or stolen, pay bills with Click-n-Pay and charge long distance calls to your account 24 hours a day by calling the BuyRIGHT toll-free account information line at 1-800-851-7990.

How can I pay for my purchases at MyBuyRIGHT.com?
Payments can be made using any major credit card, your BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard® Card or BuyRIGHT Maestro® Card, check, and money order.

What is the Credit RIGHT Payment Program?
This program extends BuyRIGHT members a $5,000 line of credit to be used for making purchases through our BuyRIGHT online shopping site. When you make a purchase using your Credit RIGHT line of credit, you will be required to make a down payment of 25% of the purchase price, and the remaining balance will go on your Credit RIGHT line. The Credit RIGHT line of credit is not tied to your BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard® Card or BuyRIGHT Maestro® Card in any way.

Can I use my Credit RIGHT Line to pay for shipping and handling?
No, shipping and handling fees must be paid up front, along with the minimum 25% down payment for purchases.

How are my monthly payments calculated for outstanding balances on my Credit RIGHT line?
The minimum monthly payment which must be paid each month in which there is an outstanding balance is calculated by determining the greater of $10 or 5% of the Account Balance owed immediately following any purchase(s) made to your Account. THE MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY REDUCE AS YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE REDUCES. Should your new balance be less than $10, the payment due will be the amount of the new Balance.

Monthly payments can be paid using a credit card, BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard® Card or BuyRIGHT Maestro® Card, check, electronic check, or money order. Monthly payments may also be set up for automatic debit from your specified credit card or checking account.

What is the down payment requirement for purchases?
All purchases require a minimum down payment of 25%. You can pay for your purchase in full or use your Credit RIGHT credit line to pay over time.

Are there any monthly or annual fees for this membership?
There are no monthly or annual fees for the BuyRIGHT Membership.

What credit bureaus does BuyRIGHT report to?
BuyRIGHT reports to TransUnion and Innovis Credit Bureaus.

How often does BuyRIGHT report to the credit bureaus?
BuyRIGHT will report the new account as well as monthly payment history to the credit bureaus stated above.

Activity will show up on your credit bureau approximately 45 days from the date of activation.
